Toi Toujours Counselling provides counselling and psychotherapy services in Guelph, Ontario and and online therapy services.

We are committed to providing you with a warm, trauma informed and anti-oppressive space to heal.

I work from a strengths perspective, exploring how my client feels safe expressing themselves and allowing this to guide my practice. I am now trained in EMDR and historically I have utilized art and poetry to compliment therapy modalities such as
Internal Family Systems (IFS),
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing(EMDR),
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT),
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT),
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and attatchment theory.
